How do I add a new flight school?
New flight schools are created by the SkyView Pro team during onboarding. After signing up, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to complete your school's profile and connect your Stripe account for payments. Reach out to support@skyviewpro.app to get started.
How do students add funds to their account?
Students can top up their wallet directly from the Wallet page inside the app. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and the balance is available immediately. Admins can also manually credit a student's account from the Users section of the admin dashboard.
How do I invite instructors and students?
Go to the Users section in the admin dashboard and click "Invite User". Enter their name, email address, and select their role (Instructor or Student). They'll receive an email with a link to set up their password and log in.
How does the mobile app work?
SkyView Pro has native iOS and Android apps. Instructors can view their schedule, log Hobbs time after flights, and manage student notes. Students can check upcoming bookings, view their wallet balance, and browse available slots. Download links are included in the welcome email you receive after account creation.
How do I log Hobbs time after a flight?
Instructors open the Logbook from the instructor menu and tap the completed lesson. Enter the Hobbs start and end times — the app calculates the duration automatically and updates the invoice. An admin can also edit log entries from the admin dashboard if a correction is needed.
What payment methods are supported?
SkyView Pro uses Stripe to process payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). ACH bank transfers are available for wallet top-ups on request. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
